I can arrange to see you at my office in the village of Thornton, Bradford.

Alternatively I can see you at your place of business or at home, I will not  charge for travelling within West Yorkshire.

When?

I can see you at short notice, generally within 24 hours. If in need of an urgent notarial, I would try to facilitate out of hours or weekend service.

What you will need for the Appointment

1. The document or documents which require my seal and signature. Please do not sign or have it witnessed beforehand. It is imperative that everything is done in my presence.
2. Any instructions which have been given by the lawyer who has prepared the document. There sometimes requirements about signing each page or even the colour of the ink.
3. Your passport or if you have no passport a government issued document which bears your photograph such as a modern driving licence and evidence of your current address, e.g. utility bill or bank statement.
4. If you have received the document electronically, can you please forward it to my email address in advance of the appointment. Please check the document carefully and correct any errors.

My Fees

My present hourly rate is £180 and my minimum fee is £60. I reserve the right to vary the rate, in respect of extremely urgent work or work done outside ordinary office hours or at the weekend.
